Return conditions:

Returned items must have no visible signs of use and must be returned in their original product packaging.

On sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ways to return:

Email us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase (a receipt) within 14 days of receiving the item in order to initiate the return process.

A return shipping address will be provided through e-mail.

Return the item through a trackable shipping service (Orders can be returned using FedEx or DHL).

As soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your refund/exchange will be initiated.

Faulty and damaged goods:

We handpick unique pieces from the source and our rugs are 100% handmade meaning that any kind of imperfections, or irregularities are part of the charm of the rugs. We also take pictures of the rugs in a way that is faithful to how they look in reality, and we package them with great care.
Order cancellation:

If you wish to cancel any order you have placed before you have to contact us via e-mail within the following 12 hours, otherwise your order will be processed and dispatched.
